The foot is a miniature map of the entire human body. Through targeted stimulation of reflex zones, this method activates distant organs and glands to restore balance.

Foot reflexology is particularly effective for digestive and hormonal imbalances, migraines, and sleep disorders. Also available as hand and facial/cranial reflexology.

Each session begins with a discussion of your needs and ends with a post-treatment review to tailor subsequent sessions.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, my answers.

Is it painful?
No. You will feel a suction on the skin — a strange sensation at first but painless. Wet hijama involves micro-scarifications felt only as a light pinch.
Are there any marks left?
Temporary redness may appear on treated areas — it fades within 24 to 72 hours depending on your skin type and the intensity of the session.
How many sessions to see results?
One to three sessions are usually enough to feel a noticeable effect. For chronic pain or a drainage goal, a protocol of 4 to 6 spaced sessions is recommended.
Can I exercise afterwards?
It is advisable to avoid intense exercise in the 24 hours following your session. Stay well hydrated and allow your body to integrate the treatment.
Is it covered by my insurance?
Massage therapy is recognised by Sun Life, Manulife, Blue Cross and iA among others. An official receipt is provided on request at each session.
